We do not charge a fee for existing clients or standard re-mortgages. Fee's for new clients or other transactions will be subject to a maximum Lifetime Fee of £395. Our Lifetime Fee means that you only ever pay for our advice, and arranging of your mortgage, for your initial transaction. For example; you could use our services 20 times over your lifetime and only pay the Fee once. Please note there may be Fee's payable directly to the Mortgage Lender, outside of the Fee's that we charge.
